Hello world, I am maskedhero 100.

I am a amateur writer and a part time amature artist.
My personal likes are science fiction, adventure, mystery, suspense, supernatural with just a touch of horror and fantasy.

I'm also a fan of old novels like the works of Jules Verne, H.G Wells, Alexander Dumas, Etc...as well as comic book and graphic novels.

I'm also a fan of the superhero genre of science fiction as well and have been working on my own superhero series callled "Heroes Legion".

Top Ten Favorite Godzilla Movies

I've been a fan of Godzilla, even before I even saw my first Godzilla movie. When I was first introduced to the concept of Godzilla, it was through the 90's children's cartoon show "Rugrats" via the character Reptar. Reptar - "They Call Me Reptar" Official Music Video | NickRewind (youtube.com) Reptar was an affectionate parody of Toho's radioactive lizard that paid further homage to the Godzilla series in the show with the character Dactar, a clear expy of Rodan. It was especially so with the surprisingly action packed movie (later turned into a two part episode like most tv show specials) called "Runaway Reptar!" which was inspired by the basic plot of "Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla" involving the babies pulling a 'Last Action Hero' and entering the movie of the same name as the episode to find out why their hero has gone rogue and is now flattening the city of Tokyo instead of defending it from the newest monster threat. I saw "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire" last night with my sisters and mom. I gotta say it...BUSTIN MAKES ME FEEL GOOD still! I enjoyed it, there were a lot of cool new ideas, and not any 'rehashing' whch was a point against "Afterlife" for some people, interesting new specters and cryptoids (including the main Lovecraftian force threatening the city/world) and not to mention the return of two favorite slimeball characters Walter Peck and Slimer. I'm hoping for an extended cut when it comes out, because I felt like there should have been a bit more in some places, or something was missing... almost like a scene was cut...but overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Some people compare it to a live action version of an episode of The Real Ghostbusters cartoon, I agree...but I would say it was more thematically similar to an episode of Extreme Ghostbusters in tone, antagonistic authority figure, and with how serious and downright terrifying/dangerous the big bad is portrayed.
